Q1. When will Visa promo codes be issued? Where to get the promo codes?
A1. Visa promo codes are issued on the 1st day of every month at 00:00, on the campaign landing page, and are applicable to FunNow bookings sitewide until the last day of the same month at 23:59. This Visa campaign starts from 1st August 2024 until 31st December 2024, both dates are inclusive.
Q2. How to determine whether a Visa card is eligible for the discounts?
A2. You can tell if your card is a Visa Infinite / Visa Signature / Visa Platinum card by looking at the right-hand side of the front of your card where it will say “Infinite / Signature / Platinum” at the bottom corner. For detailed card identification, please click on the Visa credit card page. Only Visa Infinite / Visa Signature / Visa Platinum cards issued by banks in Malaysia are eligible.
Q3. Why can't I use third-party payment method to checkout after choosing to use a Visa promo code?
A3. Visa promo code only accepts "credit card" payment method. Use the card specified by the promo code during checkout to enjoy the discount!
Q4. When using a Visa promo code to book an overseas package, the payment amount is displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). How is the exchange rate calculated?
A4. When using the promo code provided by Visa Malaysia, the payment amount will be in Malaysian Ringgit, and the promo code currency value will be based on the local exchange rate.
Q5. Can Visa promo codes be used at the same time as FunNow’s Fun Coins during booking checkout?
A5. Yes, as long as you spend money on FunNow, you will enjoy Fun Coins rebates (100 Fun Coins = MYR 12.50). The reward and rebate mechanism varies according to different FunNow membership levels. Please refer to the FunNow Membership System for more details.
Q6. Can Visa promo codes be used at the same time as other FunNow promo codes, including new user's Welcome Gift promo codes, during booking checkout?
A6. No, only one (1) promo code can be used during booking checkout.
Q7. Does buying a package on FunNow website or app mean that the booking has been made? Do I still need to contact the store to make a booking?
A7. It is not needed. FunNow is a booking platform that provides discounts and bookings. Once the payment is successful, there is no need to contact the store, the store will be alerted regarding your booking via system notice and will reserve a spot for you. If you cannot arrive on time, the store cannot refund or postpone the booking.

Q8. How to confirm whether the booking is successful?
A8. After successful payment, you will receive a booking completion notification in your app inbox. Download FunNow app and log in using the same login details to view the booking details at the "Bookings" tab.
*In order to protect your rights, please show the booking detail page for verification upon arrival at the store. If it is a screenshot, the store has the right to refuse service.
