Q1: Who is eligible for this campaign?
A: This campaign is specifically designed for travelers visiting Thailand. To be eligible, your Eatigo account must be registered and verified using a non-Thai (not +66) phone number.
Q2: What do I need to do to qualify for the rewards?
A: You must book and successfully attend a reservation in Thailand during the campaign period: 24th Nov 2025 – 4th Jan 2026.
Q3. Are there different rewards, and can I receive them more than once?

Limit: Each eligible user is limited to receiving a maximum of one (1) FunNow voucher (Reward 1) and one (1) Eatigo Cash Voucher (ECV) (Reward 2) during the entire campaign period.
Q4: Is there a limit on the total number of rewards available?
A: Yes. All rewards are strictly limited to the first 1,000 eligible users who successfully book and attend their reservation. Rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Q5: Can I combine this qualifying reservation with other promotions?
A: No. The reservation you make in Thailand to qualify for this campaign cannot be combined with any other Eatigo Cash Vouchers (ECV) .
Reward Details and Distribution
Q6: When will I receive "Reward 1 (300 Baht FunNow voucher)"?
A: The voucher will be sent to your registered email address within 7 working days after your first booking in Thailand is confirmed.
Q7: When will I receive "Reward 2 (Eatigo Cash Voucher)"?
A: The Eatigo Cash Voucher (ECV) will be sent to your registered email address within 7 working days after you have successfully attended your reservation in Thailand.
Q8: Can I use the ECV (Reward 2) in Thailand?
A: Please note, you cannot. This ECV is valid only for your future reservations in Hong Kong, Malaysia, or Singapore.
Q9: Are there usage restrictions for the ECV (Reward 2)?
A: Yes. The ECV requires a minimum of 2 diners and is valid until January 31, 2026.

Campaign Period
1. The campaign period runs from November 24, 2025, to January 4, 2026.
2. Users must complete both the "booking" and "attendance" of the reservation within the aforementioned campaign period to be eligible for the rewards.
Eligibility
3. This campaign is exclusively open to Eatigo users registered with a non-Thai (+66) phone number.
4. The user's Eatigo account must be linked to a verified phone number to be eligible.
5. All rewards (FunNow Voucher and ECV) are strictly limited to the first 1,000 eligible users who successfully attend their reservation during the campaign period. Rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Reward Mechanism
6. Reward 1: FunNow Voucher
- Eligible users will receive one (1) FunNow Voucher after their eligible booking in Thailand is confirmed.
- Voucher Benefit: Allows an instant THB 100 deduction for bookings or activities in the FunNow Bangkok and Chiang Mai regions. Each voucher may be used a maximum of three (3) times.
- Expiry Date: The voucher is valid until January 31, 2026.
- Limit: Limited to one (1) FunNow Voucher per eligible user during the entire campaign period.
7. Reward 2: Eatigo Cash Voucher (ECV)
- Eligible users will receive one (1) ECV after the successful attendance of their\ reservation in Thailand.
- ECV Value: HKD 50, SGD 10, or MYR 20.
- The ECV will be credited to your registered email address within 7 working days of the attended reservation date.
- Limit: Limited to one (1) ECV per eligible user during the entire campaign period.
Conditions and Restrictions
8. The qualifying Reservation cannot be combined with any other ECV or promotional codes.
9. Reward 2 (ECV) is only applicable for future reservations in Hong Kong, Malaysia, or Singapore, and requires a minimum of two (2) diners.
10. Reward 2 (ECV) is valid until January 31, 2026.
11. All rewards (FunNow Voucher and ECV) are non-transferable, non-stackable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
12. Eatigo reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
