從東京搭新幹線轉乘至甲府站轉乘 JR 身延線（往富士方向），抵達 JR 市川大門站後步行至會場，大人無行李約步行 18 分鐘。
Take the Shinkansen (Bullet Train) from Tokyo to Kofu Station, transfer to the JR Minobu Line (heading toward Fuji), and get off at JR Ichikawadaimon Station. From there, it is about an 18-minute walk to the venue (for adults traveling without luggage).

Q：下雨天神明煙火大會會取消嗎？
Q: Will the Shinmei Fireworks Festival be cancelled if it rains?
雨天照常舉行。僅遇極端惡劣天氣（荒天）時順延，依序遞延至 8 月 8 日或 9 日。順延與否於前一天（8/6）下午 5 時公告，可關注官網、電視或廣播確認。
The event proceeds rain or shine. It will only be postponed in the case of severe weather, moving to August 8th or, if necessary, August 9th. The decision is announced at 5:00 PM the day before (August 6th) via the official website, TV, and radio.
Q：會場可以攜帶外食入場嗎？
Q: Can I bring outside food into the venue?
不可攜帶外食入場。會場內設有多個日本祭典屋台攤位，現場即可購買道地日式祭典美食。
Outside food is not permitted. However, the venue features a wide selection of Japanese festival food stalls (yatai) where you can enjoy authentic local festival cuisine on-site.

The festival launches approximately 20,000 fireworks in a single evening. The signature "Theme Fire" sequence and Grand Finale are the most breathtaking moments of the night, making this one of the most iconic summer fireworks festivals in Yamanashi Prefecture.
