  1. This campaign is organized by FunNow, the official booking partner of the MICHELIN Guide Kuala Lumpur and Penang 2023.

  2. The campaign is only valid for dine-in of the menu at participating restaurants from 1 June 2023 to 30 June 2023, both dates are inclusive. Booking is available from 18 May 2023 onwards.

  3. The campaign is exclusively on FunNow.  

  4. Visa Infinite and Visa Signature cards issued by Maybank in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Philippines are eligible to redeem for 20% off the menu, capped at RM250 per booking for Visa Infinite and 15% off, capped at RM150 for Visa Signature. Promo codes are as follows: MBBVI20 for Visa Infinite and MBBVS15 for Visa Signature.

  5. Each cardholder is only entitled for up to four (4) bookings per calendar month.

  6. Cardholders must save their eligible card on FunNow and use the promo code to redeem their booking.

  7. Payment for the menu must be made with the eligible cards upon booking. Any additional order during dine-in, such as extra drinks, ala carte orders or supplementary dishes, are not eligible for this campaign and are payable by the cardholder with their eligible card to the restaurant directly at their dine-in.

  8. Confirmation of booking will be sent via email to the email address provided by the cardholder during booking.

  9. Redemptions are subject to monthly campaign capping at RM150,000, on first-come, first-served basis.

  10. Booking is subject to availability of the restaurants, with advance period required depending on each restaurant.

  11. For any cancellation or amendment of bookings, cardholders can contact FunNow via:
    a) live chat here from 10am to 7pm on Mondays to Fridays except public holidays in Malaysia, in which replies will be within the next business day; or
    b) 
    email my.cs@myfunnow.com.

  12. Participating restaurants may substitute any items on the menu with notification to cardholders during the dine-in.

  13. This campaign is not valid for use in conjunction with any other on-going offers, promotions, discounts, vouchers and/or privilege cards.

  14. FunNow shall have the right to amend, delete or add to any of the terms and conditions set out herein, in whole or in any part from time to time including to vary the period, as well as the right to cancel or suspend the privilege, with prior notice.
